The Wellsville City Library has moved the regularly scheduled meeting for September 13th to September 7th at 6:00 pm.
The library board also voted to change the regular meeting times each month to 6:00 pm instead of 7:00 pm. They will maintain the 2nd Monday of each month unless need be for special circumstances.
