Request for Qualifications:

Construction Manager at Risk Services-Wellsville City Library Addition and Renovation

Notice is hereby given that The Wellsville City Library Board, Wellsville, KS, is requesting Statements of Qualifications from experienced Construction Management firms interested in providing Construction Management- At-risk services (CMAR) for the Wellsville City Library Addition and Renovation Project. Scope of services will consist of providing pre-construction and construction services for the Project, which consists of an approximately 2730 square foot addition to, and interior renovations of existing areas of the existing library building at 115 West 6^th Street, Wellsville, KS 66092.

Sealed statements of qualification must be received on or before March 18, 2022, at 3 p.m. CDT. Statement of qualification delivery requirements are specified in the RFQ.
